Pricing your home correctly is very important when trying to sell your home. Homeowners typically have some sense of what their property is worth by looking at current listings and property assessment values. However, in determining your homes value current listing do not give a true indication. When an appraiser evaluates your property they seek recent comparable SOLDS within the last 3 to 6 months. Hiring appraisers can be fairly expensive. Licensed Real Estate Brokers can offer you a (BPO) (Broker Price Opinion) which is very similar to an appraisal report at a much lower cost. Typical BPO’s for single family homes are $150.00. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you this service as it is a conflict in real estate practice.
