Full Brokerage Option

If your flat fee listing expires and does not sell we will offer you a full representation brokerage agreement at a 4.0% Commission. If your home sells we will CREDIT YOU your original listing fee at closing!! You can also elect to re-list your property under the flat fee terms. The main difference between the flat fee listing and full brokerage is that we represent you and your interests in the transaction. We help you:
