We simply offer you a MLS listing. We do not represent you or assist you during the transaction. You essentially serve as your own Listing Broker. You are responsible for all aspects of the sale: fielding inquires, setting up showings, negotiating offers, preparing for closing, etc.
Property Listed on the MLS must offer a Selling Broker Commission. We require a 1% minimum commission. If you sell without Buyer Broker involvement, you are NOT responsible for the Buyer Broker FEE!
